The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn positively evaluates the results of the visit of the Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjorn Jagland to Ukraine.
According to V.Lytvyn, T.Jagland stressed particular steps Ukraine has taken in implementing reforms, as well as readiness of our country for political dialogue. "The dialogue is and will continue. These are positive signals that should be realized by our politicians first of all," he said, adding that "Ukraine should be treated with due respect".
